Refund policy

All Neon Lab signs have a no return policy. One year manufacturers warranty on all neon signs.  This warranty covers faulty products only,  general use and wear and tear is not covered. Damage caused due to  incorrect installation and handling is not covered.

You can contact us at team@theneonlab.co if you need to apply for a warranty to fix your sign. If your warranty is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted on any neon sign. Only refunds or replacements based on faulty products. Exchanges for change of mind are not accepted.

Replacements 
We will only replace your neon sign if it arrives either defective or damaged. We offer a one year manufacturers warranty on all signs. notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you are returning your sign to us you must include  tracking in ensure we receive it. We cannot guarantee that we have received your sign.
