What is Halo Lit?
Halo-lit signage, also called back-lit or reverse-lit 3D letters — is a premium signage technique where individually fabricated letters are mounted slightly off the wall, with LEDs hidden inside the back of each letter facing inward.
The LEDs cast a soft, even glow onto the wall behind, creating a luminous halo around each letter. The letter face itself stays opaque, so the lighting reads as architectural rather than as a "lit sign."
At The Neon Lab we work in brushed stainless steel, painted aluminium, or acrylic with metal returns depending on the brand finish, and the LEDs we install are rated for 50,000+ hours of continuous use.
